This is the companion app for the Blue Light resilience course, developed by the University of Oxford. This app is designed to help you remember and practise the techniques learned on the course.
The app will be able to remind you to practice attention training, your IF-THEN plans, cardio exercise and many more key aspects to improving your mental health resilience. The more you do this the more achievements you will earn!
You will also be able to track your stress levels and see what you are doing when your stress levels drop. The app will give you access to your own personalised IF-THEN plans, as well as allowing you to re-watch media content from the original course.
A key part of resilience is peer support. With Eye5 you will be able to keep in touch with the other emergency workers you met at the group sessions, and more widely with emergency workers receiving the course all over the country.
